    A judgement was entered
I was awarded 10,000 dollars for a home that my ex and I had but in that the judge said only if the house does not get foreclosed on and he only had one year to pay me that money two years later he let the house go to foreclosures and him and his new wife bought a house some were else closer to her work. He says he don't owe me the money. But he should have already paid me off.. this was in Washington state, does he still owe me the money or should I let it go.

Depends on exactly how the judgment was worded. I would take it to an attorney and ask if you have a chance of recovery.

Agreed, it all depends on how the judgement is written. Since it foreclosed he may not owe you, if that was part of the order

It sounds (from what you have said here) that he owes you the 10K because he owed it one year before the foreclosure. Can you use the same lawyer who did your divorce? This is too much for small claims.
