Marks on my legs

I have red marks on my inner thighs on both legs. IT's hard to describe. It looks like it's on the inside of the skin. Sort of vein/blotchy.

I have had some bumps come up on my leg in the past 2 days. They just look like little spots. They are not close together but there are a few more progressing. The don't itch but are red and they do not look very nice. Could it be to do with shaving legs? I have also had a cold for the past 2 days...

I've had these for well over half a year now and I'm wodering if I can remove them. They are a dark red purpley colour and slighty raised, they're on my right calf. They are shaped in lines going down my leg.
