Are incomplete bowel movements during period normal
Just before my period I noticed that when I had BM it felt like it didn't all come out. The first time I strained a little and bit more did come out. But I stopped doing that as I know it can cause problems. So now what does come out is very soft but the last bit just does not. I have been eating fruits, veggies, whole grains and avoiding junk food but this has gone on for about a week. Today when I was inserting a tampon after a BM the pressure made me feel like I had to go again. I pushed just a little and a tiny bit more did come out.

Is is normal? Will it go away as my period goes on? I know constipation can be a symptom of PMS but I have never had this before. Can anything be done it fix it?
