    Can I get my childern back after 2years
    My ex husband went to court 2 years ago I didn't make it so he has the kids can I get my rights back

    First, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    Second, You didn't lose your rights, just primary custody. Why did you miss the court date? What did you do about it? What did the court rule?

    Without knowing the answers to those questions and more background we can't make a guess. Have you retained an attorney?
