Can you get a loan and include the pay off amount of a judgement in it.
We are trying to buy a home and when the bank rn the credit reports I found I had a judgement against me from a past marriage. We were also going to get additional money to pay off all of our bills, but the bank will not lend us money until judgment is resolved. We can not resolve the judgement without the loan. Can we and how do we get the loan.
