From dyed copper hair to blonde?
My hair is naturally black. The salon dyed it a dark ash blonde color a few months ago, which came out looking a bit coppery. Now my roots have grown out a bit and I've been wondering for a very long time if I could go lighter, like a light ash blonde. And perhaps maybe putting on lighter blonde highlights.

My skin is cool toned, my eyes are dark brown, almost hazel-ish, but looks pure honey when I'm out of the shade.

Before, when my roots had grown out, the salon would dye the color all over, even onto the previous dye instead of just the roots, and it has never damaged my hair in any way, but I'm just afraid that the lighter dye might do something to my head D: Also, I'm TERRIFIED that I might lose my hair if I strip my current dye off.

What should I do? How should I do it? And what are the possible causes and effects?

    Thank you for reading?

I have medium blonde hair naturally. It was light blonde, and my roots were grown out pretty bad, and I bought Wella 711N which is medium blonde, and I used a 10 volume developer. I left it on for 20 minutes, and it turned out pretty dark. I have been washing it with joy dish soap. I read that I...
