    Garage door problems
    Garage door opens fine by itself but in order to close the garage door you have tm manually hold the button down. Any ideas of what's wrong thanks.

    Make sure the electric eyes are aligned and clean. One is a transmitter, one is a receiver (on each side of the door opening, near the ground).

    Hope this does the trick!
