    50/50 Custody
    I'm a working dad and I share 50/50 custody with my ex-wife.
We both love our kids and will do anything for them.
But my question is, I filed for my divorce because my wife committed adultry 3 times. She was served twice and didn't respond . So after I was granted my divorce and 50/50 custody I'm paying child support. But now I heard she is working. How could I get help to over turn the child support? I mean we both work and able to support our child's needs. Please. Help...

I do have a job she didn't have a job for the past 31/2 yrs. And I don't want full custody of my children bcs my kids all ready went through a lot drama. I still want the mother to be apart of my children's life. So the custody will be the same 50/50 one week + weekends with me and one week + weekends with her.

Child support can be filed up or down, when there is a change in earnings of either party, You file a motion in court where the child support is ordered to have it modified to the new earnings.
