    Could you tell me how to file my tax return?
    I have 1042s and 1099 div because before I was a nonresident but now I am a resident. Could you tell me how to file my tax return? What kind of form I need to fill out.

    Which return did you file in 2010? What visa do you have? Are you dual status for 2011? What visas did you have in 2011?

    When in 2010 I was in China, I did not file any tax returns in US and also did not have SSN. However, this year I immigrate to US and got a green card and SSN
