    Why does my vagina smell fishy after sex I wash after sex but the smell is only the next day then it goes away

    The mixture of your fluids, his fluids, and sweat tend to smell. Very normal.

    A fishy smell, particularly after sex, can indicate an infection called Bacterial Vaginosis. It would be best to consult your physician.
