Immigration question from NY city
Hi , my name is Samson. My brother family got a U.S. Immigrant Visa, but they fail to complete the work in Hong Kong, they can not stay U.S. For a long time, here are some immigration question and hope to get your answer.
1. Whether they can buy round-trip of the Hong Kong airline tickets? Because they want to application Green card and Social Security card, then, immediately return to work in Hong Kong. 2. Will they can immediately application Reentry Permit? And return to Hong Kong. Thank You for your help. |
