If pregnancy is a possibility, wait and see what happens when your period is expected. The spotting may have been due to ovulation. What you feel now may be due to your period coming up. See what happens next week.

Cramping, bloating and sore breasts are all symptoms of PMS which fall right in line with the timing of your period. Everything DoulaLC said is correct. I suggest the same. Although, just to ease your mind some, Most women never feel any changes in pregnancy this early on. Many never even know until they have missed a period, and that is just by the date, not necessarily by symptoms. If you think too much on it, you can actually psych yourself into believing you are experiencing symptoms you are not. I am not saying that is the case here, just throwing it out there to give you peace of mind. Good luck, and if dear aunt flo does end up missing her flight, don't jump to conclusions. Stress itself can delay her arrival. :)
