I am sixteen and there is this guy that is my friend, and he is 17.I Have this really huge crush on him ever since freshmen year. We use to talk a lot but I as stuff change we kind of stop talking to each other. Then a couple of weeks ago we started talking and I found out he liked me when I was freshmen. We have been talking for about 2 weeks again and I still have a huge crush on him I just don't know if he likes me still. I am afraid to come out my shell and tell him I still like him, I don't want him to be like eww I don't like you no more that was so last year. Plus I don't want lose his friendship again. I can't stop thinking about him, he is all I think about. Should I tell him how I feel or should I just keep being friends with him.

Since he told you that he liked you in the freshmen year, I think it's safe to tell him you liked him too. Then see how he reacts. Take a hint from his reactions and you will know whether he's still interested in you or not.
