    Florida foreclosure judgment
    If I have a foreclosure final judgement on a Florida property, how will this affect me purchasing a new home with Builder financing? I need to know that this new house will not have be affected or liened by my credit debtors from a business and personal level. Please advise

    If the builder is willing to give you financing while aware of your credit history, then the foreclosure will have little effect on your purchase. However,

    If you have assets that enable you to put a down payment down, then its possible that your creditors can place a lien on the property.
