    Somebody did not gave me my paperwork about immigration... he was my solicter...
    My solicter doesnot want to give me my all paper work related to my immigration... and I want to change that... I have nothing except passport... I amm very worry about that... even my debit bank card he kept...

    Perhaps you need to hire another solicitor to demand they return it

    Go to the financial institution (bank?) which issued the debit card, have them cancel it and give you a new one.

    And use that to pay a new solicitor.
