How to fade demi permanent hair color
How can I fade a professional demi-permanent color? I went to a salon to have a haircut. I have been trying to grow out some old faded color. She suggested using a demi permanent color close to my natural. Of course she picked a color too dark. It's basically black. Do demis eventually fade out completely? Will using Prell lighten the roots and leave the ends dark because they were damaged?
