    Hi

My name is zent and I'm having a problem with my power supply, I'm using a UPS(PC STAR)500VA but still my internet connection suddenly cut-off for 2-3 minutes, what could be the possible cause?

    Any help?

Your Internet Connection is not affected by your power supply. Unless the PS is failing altogether.

You don't say how you get to the Internet or what you are doing when these cutoffs occur. We need more info.

Scottgem is correct. Call your internet provider. Disconnect the UPS. Check the ethernet cable. Lots of simple things to check, but more details is best.
