Found out I was pregnant 3/19 had a little spotting very light pink when I'd wipe no cramping had blood test hcg level was 30 had t/v ultrasound nothing seen spotting stopped a few hours later... Another b/t 3/21 level went to 83 another b/t 3/22 level went down my obgyn says most likely I will miscarry or it's a ectopic pregnancy would they have seen that on the u/s? My lmp was 2/22 but I believe I conceived btwn 3/4 and 3/6 I'm praying this will turn out differently I've had a mc before and this doesn't feel like that I'm not spotting or cramping just normal pregnancy symptoms... I for another b/t 3/24 what if my level increases? Should I worry?

If the pregnancy is located in the uterus, it should be seen by 5 or 6 weeks. An ectopic is not always picked up on ultrasound early on. It would be suspected if a pregnancy is not in the uterus when expected.

Hcg levels can be slow to rise in a normal pregnancy, but your doctor will be more cautious if they continue to be slowly rising. If it has increased, you will likely have another ultrasound done within the next couple of weeks. It is a stressful time, I'm sure. I hope things turn out well for you.
