    Removal of part of second floor in a balloon framed home
    I am creating a loft in the middle part of a balloon framed home. I need to know what I need to do to make the exterior walls structurally sound. The home is 60' x 25' and I am removing the middle area or about 13' x 25' in order to loft the space.
