    My son just violated his probation how much time would he get
    My son is on deferred judification he just violated his probationof eight years how much time do you think he will serve for 0.2 ounce of weed and evading arrest first time

    He will probably get 1yr because weed isn't a huge matter the really want guns but his probation officer deffinetly is going to try to surrender him and ask for a surrender hearing so he mite get held at his day of court

    What did he do to violate his probation, that is the real issue.

    And 8 years probation for a little weed,? Guess it was for evading police. If he failed because of use of drugs, or worst for not reporting it can be worst, the minor drug issue would not be the problem, but the evading police is normally a worst charge.

    I can't see him getting more than a few months jail, unless there is more to the story
