    Can you keep your food stamps when you cancel Medicaid in NH?
    I want to cancel my child support order in the state of nh but they cannot because of my medicaid.. I want to get rid of my medicaid.. How do I do that? And do I get to keep my food stamps?

    You yourself can't cancel a Court Order. You can get another Order replacing the first.

    From what I'm reading food stamps and Medicaid are separate BUT household income is considered in the food stamp award. I doubt that NH will give you food stamps when you decline support from another source (the child's father). New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services

    Why do you want to cancel the Order? There may be another way to accomplish your goal.
