Can dual status expatriate (relinguished GC) claim f2555 or 2555 EZ?
A dual status expatriate who relinquished GC near end of 2011 (became a nonresident for a few days in 2011, and the rest of year as a resident) has to file a dual-status tax return. However, this person cannot claim Form 2555 even for the majority of the year as a resident (aslo expatriate). Is this correct?
