I have been doing the kegel exercise before having my 2 children
I'm now 35yrs old and I at times when inserting a super absorbant
Tampon and has had a hard time inserting the tampon?

Unless you're doing kegels while you're inserting the tampon, it should not be an issue. When are you using the super absorbant tampons? Is it when you're flow is heavy, or near the end? If it's near the end, when you don't need as much protection, then that may well be the issue. Most women have trouble inserting a super absorbancy tampon at the end of their period.

So relax. When you insert the tampon don't be stressed, make sure your body is in the correct position, make sure you're actually menstruating (if you're not then it can be difficult to insert a tampon), and accept yourself for who you are.

After giving birth to two children I doubt any man would expect you to be as tight as a virgin.
