    Can I apply for a fiancé visa?
    My visa was denied and I was given a 10 year banned for over staying.. I left on a voluntary departure... Can I do anything to reduce the time ?

    From what nation? Have you hired a immigration attorney ?

    I'm in Mexico.. And no I haven't yet was hoping for answers and then taking it to an attorney...
