    My parents have no income in the US. Can we file them as dependents?
    We are also planning to buy a town house for them. All their living expenses and expenses for the townhouse will come from us. Can we file my parents as dependents?

    1. Parents must be citizen or resident of U.S.
    2. you must provide more than half of their support, and
    3. Your parent must not earn more than $3700 (worldwide income).
