    Closing Virginia Child Support, And Arrears Issue.
    Can I close my Va. Child support case? Is there a legal document that I need to say that I also do not want the arears?

    No, you can report that it is fully paid ( but then it will make the other parent look like they were paying and current)

    Why would you not want the money the child is entitled to ?

    Has the other parent tried to make threats or promises if you don't the case?
