    Whirlpool washer LsQ4su4kq0 doesn't low agitate and spin out
    Machine agitates on high for max of 12 minutes then does not shift to low agitate or spin out in all cycles. Timer know does not move forward after high agitation

    It sounds like you have a bad timer. Those washers have nothing else that would go wrong to cause that problem as far as I know. Here is a manual on a similar model: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8010163/Kenmore_Washer_Elite.pdf
