My six year old knocked over the vaporizor and burnt his toes, what should I do?
I have been running cool water over his foot and have giving him acetaminophen. The skin on his toes appears loose. What else should I do?

Get him to Doctor or ER soon, burns are painful. Burn injuries can damage tissue deeper than what you are able to see, his skin may start sloughing and open up an even larger area for infection.
Please take him for medical care.
