    If I go to the emergency room will they help me or give me something for opiate withdrawals?

    The ER is a reasonable first stop. Whether an ER can directly address your problem is a local treatment distribution issue as well as medical judgement of the attending physician. However, if they lack the direct resources/capability they can refer you to an appropriate local caregiver that can help.
