    What does he mean?
    We been talking texting, communicating, and still having sex, ever since our break up 3 months ago and he just recently told me he moved on from me, and told me to leave him alone for good. What does it mean? What do I do? But he told this girl he wants to talk to, he still loves me, and just want me to be safe.

    It means he no longer wants you in his life, not even for sex, and you must leave him alone. No more friends with benefits, or text buddies, or communicating of any kind. Sorry, its pretty straight forward, but hard to digest.

    This is why NO Contact should be exercised from the beginning. You allowed him to use you until he needed you no further, and now he has discarded you. Lesson learned. Time to move on.
