Really long periods, heavy, lots of clotting
I'm seventeen and have been on my period for almost 3 months straight now. Every time I extract my tampon (which I have to replace almost every two hours) I have the biggest clot I've ever seen. They range from the size of a golf ball to the size of my hand. I've always had unusual periods, and I don't know what to do. Do you think birth control would help at all? Any other suggestions?

First step would be to see a doctor. Having a period for 3 months straight is not only not normal, it can lead to other issues. Your doctor will be able to give you better advice than anyone on the internet.
