    I am a convicted felon who would like to travel to Tahiti this summer ?
    Do you know if I will have any issues doing so?

    Are you on probation and have been given an explicit order not to leave the country?

    If not, enjoy Tahiti.

    EDIT
    If you don't have a passport yet, it may take a little longer to get it because of your record, but other than that, there's nothing that you really need to worry about.
