    Keeping temporary custody
    I was granted temp custody after for my son pending a physical child abuse investigation regarding his mother. She is now taking me back to court to over turn this order yet the child services investigation is not over. What can I do to prevent this from happening? I do have pictures of this abuse as well as my sons statements.

    You bring in the authorities who are investigating the charge as well as any evidence from the first hearing.

    Has she filed papers or is she threatening you?
