Please read the sticky on abandonment at the top of the family law forum. Abandonment, in most states is leaving a child without adequate supervision and care. That isn't the case because the children are with you. Some states do classify not supporting or visiting children as abandonment, but the purpose that serves is to try and get that parent to pay support. What are you trying to accomplish by "getting the kids father for abandonment?", and where are you located?

    In general, no. What State?

"KC" is absolutely correct. What is the purpose of "getting" the father for abandoment? Jail, something else?

In Georgia that is abandonment, but not in all states, the laws very,

Next "YOU" do not get them, or charge them, you report this to the DA or child support enforcement ( depends on area) and they decide to charge him or not.

Next sorry a photo of smoking pot is not even evidence, since the pot can not be tested to prove it is or is not pot

Also since you gathered evidence through an illegal manner it would be thrown out in court anyway. It is also ossible that you could end up with a stalking charge by not taking the time to follow the law and do things in a legal manner. Be very careful with how you go about things.
