    Fading a temporary hairdye
Hey guys, I used to have a really nice shade of blonde hair. Then in September 2006 I dyed it a 10 day washout black colour, the colour faded into a bluey/purple then into a green/grey colour. I had school the next day (the end of the summer holidays) so I used a different brand of temporary black hair dye. The dye was supposed to last up to 6 weeks. It came out perfectly, but then over time it started to fade in different areas of my hair.

So, now I've got a medium/dark brown hair colour with blonde roots and blonde patches around my hair. Basically I'd just love some tips on how to help it fade a lot faster! I'm sick of it, it has been like this for 6 months :(

    Thank you so much!

Temporary and semi color can be permanent on chemically lightened hair or blonde hair. If you want to go from dark to blonde again, you will need to chemically strip the dye from your hair, then you must apply toner in order to make your hair look natural. Please consider going to a salon and have to them fix your hair.

    Thank you =]
I also read on some other questions that people have used hot oil treatments to help the dye fade a little before I get it chemically stripped and dyed. So I went out and bought one. I was just wondering if to use it hot or cold? Thanks a lot, much appreciated x.x
