Having difficulty turning on my panasonic plasma TV.
I can hear start to power up, but then sounds as if it is turning itself back off. This is then followed by a sequence of red flashes by the power button. Is there something I can do, instead of taking it to be fixed?

What's the model number? How many times does the red light flash? Does it flash after plugging the TV in or only after pressing the power button?
