Hi, I have a cleaning company, And need help with a price quote?
We are cleaning an apt. Complex. Need a price quote on three small offices,a sitting area for potential renters,
(small area). 1 restroom, A small laundry room with 2 small restrooms. Should we price by sq. Foot? Or could we Give them a flat rate. All suggestions appreciated. Sincerely squeaky cleaning service. |

Do you have the total square footage for all this JC?
How often do you clean these areas? Is this basically just cleaning these areas? No carpet cleaning, floor stripping, windows, etc, If so, price these items separately. I would calculate your price on sq ft and hourly to determine your correct price. However I would give them a total monthly price. Just be sure that you cover all your costs; labor, insurance, taxes, equipment, supplies, profit, etc. Stringer |
