    Question on Visa stamping after I94 extension.
    Hi,
    L1 visa and my families L2 visas are valid until Dec 2013. When we entered the US in May 2011, my minor son's I94 was given only until Jan 2012 since his passport was valid only until then.
    After that I renewed his passport, applied for his I539 and got his new I94 valid until Dec 2013 (same as all our Visa validity dates).
    Now, I am planning to go out of the US next month for vacation (to India). Should I go for a new Visa stamping for my son using the new I-797A that I received? I am confused because his stamped Visa (on his old passport) is valid until Dec 2013 already. Does the new I-797A make the current Visa Void? Will my son be allowed back in the US with his existing Visa stamped on his old passport?
    Any help in this regard is much appreciated. Thank you.
