    My 1 ovary
I have 1 ovary and things are working normal. I try to get pregnant but I can't. What's wrong? I have regular periods too.

How long have you been trying? Most couples will become pregnant within a year of actively trying, but some will find it takes a bit longer, even when everything is fine. Most often the single ovary will do double duty and you'll have just as much chance at conception as someone with both.
