    After effects of miscarriage
During my first ultrasound I had a blighted ovum and miscarried in November that lasted 5 weeks. The bleeding finally stopped for 2 weeks, then started again for 1week, the off again for 1, on again for 3 weeks... this has continued for 3 months. My doctor sent me for an ultrasound to see if any tissue was stuck but it came back clear and the blood work was fine as well. She has currently put me on antibiotics to see if an infection is causing all this on/off bleeding. I have beentaking the antibiotics for 2.5 days and the bleeding has almost stopped. Should I request a D and C?
