Okay so I read the book once and remember the story very well but can not remember the author or title if my life depended on it . It was about a teen guy who moved into a new town and there was a legend about a " ghost girl" on his block. He ends up one night hearing a girls voice singing and he was so intrigued by the voice he followed the sound to a field near his home and it was the " ghost girl" she wasn't really a ghost the girl was diagnosed with XP ( she was allergic to the sun). Later in the store they fall in love and by the end of the story she goes on a boat in the lake that her and the boy would usually go on , but she fell asleep and woke up to the sun light burning her . She was sent to the ER and the boy came as soon as he heard and she ends up dying in his arms. I would really love the book again those are the major details I could remember so please please help! :)
