    Hi,

    What is the procedure for an L2 visa to get permission for work in CA, USA from homeland security.

    The United States L1 non-immigrant visa classification applies to an intra-company transferee. It allows companies operating both in the US and abroad to transfer certain classes of employee from its foreign operations to the USA operations. You visa does not allow you to work for any other company.
