Had an Iud fitted, the non-hormonal one, 5 days late for my period
I had a coil fitted in August, since then I've had regular periods every month, apart frpm this month. I am now 5 days late. This wasn't meant to happen with this one as it has no hormones in it. Its called the T Safe 380 for 10 years.
I did a home pregnancy test last night but it came out negative. Can you offer me some advice, as no sign of period. I was due on, on Saturday. My last period as Sat 28th Jan. Hayley |

I had no actual menstrual flow as i had no use for pad/tampon. I did wear a pantyliner and nothing on it. It started with 2 days of spotting brownish/pinkish and light bleeding after for next couple of days but i only seen when i wiped the whole time. I took a pregnancy test and negative result....
I had the iud(hormone type) in for a little over a year... My husband and I had sex the 5th, the 6th I had the IUD removed... The 8th I started my period... Is that a good thing? Could I be pregnant from having sex the day before? We are trying to get pregnant, I just want some advice... Thanks :)
