    Drug testing help
    I took probably three or four hits of marijuana Saturday but before that it had been two weeks since I last smoked and worked two days walking a lot, and ate a few big meals, and tanned in a tanning bed For 20 minutes And sweated a lot.I'm 17, and have a very big metabolism, and have been taking creatine before I smoked. I had a urine test today which is Wednesday at school.. I'm scared I might have failed it?

    The best predictor for cannabis detection is 1) how much and 2) how often you smoke. The potency of the cannabis is also important but less so.

    Items 1 & 2 relate to experience. Experienced smokers are more likely to test positive as they inhale and hold the smoke longer (titrating the dose) thereby maximizing the amount of THC absorbed from the smoke.

    Where do you fit in to those parameters?

    I hardly ever smoke and before Saturday I smoked like two and a half weeks ago but constantly worked out a lot and ran and was very active and Saturday I took 3 or 4 hits from a small joint

    THC and other cannabinoids tested for in urine are the most difficult to predict. THC is lipophilic (meaning it is attracted to fatty tissues). It secrets away and then releases into circulation unpredictably and by means not completely understood.

    The fact that you smoke infrequently is in your favor (for passing) as is the relatively small dose of 3-4 hits, but it is still unpredictable.

    I'm also 185 and 6'3 with a low body fat. And I'm a very active person.. I don't know if that helps or not

    Both your size and BMI are in your favor. Particularly low body fat.

    Just keep in mind that THC, cannabinoids in general, are always tested for and easily detected in urine. Whether THC will show up and if so above the test cutoff is a matter of chance.
