Will an expunged record for restraining order come up on a livescan?
I was 18 and didn't take the situation serious so still hung around the apartments near I where I had to stay away from but didn't so spent a night in jail. I had summary probation for 3 years and then had it expunged. The restraining order was a result of a dispute I had with a family I was living with at the time.
