My ex is driving on a revoked WI license from several DUIs, is on probation, and has my son in the car. I called 911 1wk. Ago and gave them exact directions of where he was headed back to(they had basically an entire county to pick him up and he was driving a strait shot on in interstate) and they did not pick him up. How long does that APB/BOLO last or do I have to keep calling? He drives this same path every weeekend, what else can I do. He has no regard and tried to pick my son up after he'd been drinking before, which I denied him but was in shock that he'd try such a thing I didn't think to call 911 on him. I cannot find out who his probation officer is to inform them of these things and I have witnesses. What can I do? Thank you!

Couple things... 911 won't help. It's for EMERGENCIES, not some dude driving without a license...

You cannot find out who his probation officer is?? I don't know WHY. Do you know which county he got convicted in?? Call the PO department. I can't BELIEVE they won't help you.. They LOVE busting their people...

Now, I don't know WHY he has your son. You COULD go back to family court and get his visitation ELIMINATED. So, it looks to me like you have options.

Report back after you've spent time on the phone with the PO department and tell me what they said...

There was no bolo put out for him, no idea why you think they did, To them this is a domestic and most likely did not even believe you. If he goes though a road block or if he has a wreck then they will do something.

You can call each time, ( will not last from last) I doubt if they ever do anything, you may want to go down to the police station and talk to them in person.

But do not give your son to him, if he is driving without a license..

But there is only one PO office in your county normally or at least only one main office. call or go in and talk to them. The PO most likely will care.
