    If you are referrring to the NJ Homestead Rebate, you can find info here:

    NJ Division of Taxation - Income Tax - Property Tax Deduction/Credit

    If you are eligible you may take either a homestead credit or deduction. Use Worksheet F in form NJ-1040 to determine which is best for you.
