    I filed tax married jointly with my husband and trying to re do it separately
    I filed tax married jointly with my husband & now he owes IRS half of our taxreturn is there any way I can re do & file married separately?

    You may file an admended tax return. Why does he owe the IRS from prior years ? And sorry if I have to ask, why are you not willing to help him pay his IRS bill?

    Yes, you can file amended return and your tax return as married filing separately. Your husband must also file separate return. You must do this before the due date.
    Normally, your combined tax return is best when you file joint return.
