We lived in this old stone house near the squehanna river when I was growing up and I remember feeling like I was being watched and I would hear noises or see things sometimes that weren't there. I really wanted to ask about this one memory I have because it still scares me today. My younger sister and I were watching t.v. One day and I remember seeing a black mist on the ceiling of the living room and as I watched it, it moved faster and faster on the ceiling. It made me dizzy and I closed my eyes telling myself that it wasn't real, I went to sleep that night and I was told my sister woke up to the sounds of me choking. My mother called 911 and they did cpr on me and checked my airway for anything that could have caused this but there was no explain. The weird thing is I woke up somewhat when the removed me from the house, the doctor said to my mother that I had done this for attention and my mother asked if I fell off my bunk bed I told her no mutiple times but finally gave up and said yes that I did. I know without a doubt that I did not fall off my bed and I did noot do it for attention. So what could it have been?

Asthma attack, choked on some small object that either discharged and not seen, was swallowed even. Other breathing issue that was never discovered. Other issues from family members that could have happened.

It very well could have been a spirit. I personally know people who have been through the experience. That can be a frightening thing to realize, but if you haven't have the experience since it's not something I would worry about.
