Marquis wipers not working?
93' Grand marquis wipers not working. Replaced motor and multifunction switch. I hear what sounds like a relay, clicking under the dash as I switch the speed at the switch. I traced it to a little black box that appears to have a circuit board in it. Looking through the cooling holes. Motor has power when tested with test light though. I'm stumped
